MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK:
Mikumi National Park is the most accessible park to Dar es Salaam and lies in the shadow of the Uluguru Mountains to the northeast whilst being nestled between the Rubeho Mountains, Udzungwa Mountain National Park and Rift Valley escarpment to the southwest. At the heart of Mikumi is the fertile Mkata river floodplain, which due to its lush pastures, attracts wildlife from the surrounding hills.

Getting there: A 5 -hour drive from Dar es Salaam
Duration: 05.30hrs to 21.00hrs
Pick up from your residence / Hotel in dar by our safari driver. Start towards Mikumi by 05.30hrs On route, stopover at chalinze restaurant for about 20 minutes for a quick breakfast, there after proceed towards Mikumi National Park. Reach Mikumi Park gate at around 10.30hrs; Proceed for the game drive of about 4 hours.
